What can I use to bench press?!


Question: What can I use to bench press?
I don't have a bench press, so what would give me the same benifits? I have a dumbell, pull up bar, shake weight, and resistance bands.

Push-ups are basically the same thing except you're using your body as the weight and it has the same benefits. You could change it up by elevating your feet. The higher your feet the harder it becomes. Also changing hand positions can work different muscle groups. (Hands close together or far apart. Do push-ups with them down by your waist and vary the positions moving them closer toward your head and maybe even past or in front of your head),



you can take 2 dumbell's lie flat on your back and do single arm presses.

works the same pretty much and it helps isolate the muscles.
