As a female, what should I use to gain weight?!


Question: As a female, what should I use to gain weight?
So I want a meal replacement or weight gainer (however all the weight gainers I see are for men who want to gain muscle mass) to use in addition to my meals, but I can't find a good one. I have low appetite and I just want to gain weight easily so what is there? It still needs to be healthy (ie. not a milkshake or the like).

Adding healthy fats to your diet like nuts and avocado, and about 500 additional calories/day in healthy foods (grains, eggs, meat, fruits) ought to do it.

The healthy way is to eat lots of chicken and protien shakes
