If you mean, how to get a strong bench press. Like increase the weight can bench press? Well just a tip, you should work out your whole body and not just one part or you will look oddly disfigured.
To answers your question, there are three muscles used in the bench press exercise since its what is called a compound lift.
It using your frontal deltoid, your tricep, and pectoral muscle.
Since i dont know what equipment you have, ill just assume, you have a bench, barbell, and space to do bodyweight exercises in. Ill just a few you can do to work on your strengh.
For your delt, pec, and tricep. You can do decline bench press, incline bench press, or just the normal bench press. Also push ups.Those all focus more on the pec muscle, then the delt and tricep to a lesser extend.
For push ups if you want to focus more on your tripcep bring your hands closer to each other. And to focus more on your pec bring them farther apart.
For your delt, you can do a frontal raise. Just load your barbell up with "X" weight. X being what every you can do for 4-12 reps, and 2-5 sets. Stand up, feet shoulder width apart. Palms facing you with barbell in hand. Slow raise the barbell to shoulder height, then slowly slower it back down.
