I've eaten SO MUCH today!!?!


Question: I've eaten SO MUCH today!!?
so for breakfast i had a small apple turnover...

then i pigged out

for snack i had a yogurt and a few pieces of turkey oh and a banana too
then for lunch i had two tacos
and i was still hungry so i had a turkey sandwich on two slices of whole wheat bread
and a popsicle

damnn! i probably had like 2,000 something calories already and its only 1:30. should i just skip dinner? what should i do? i feel sick...

Skipping meals is never the way to go. You should go work out for an hour, hour and a half if you want to push yourself doing at least a half hour of cardio then some strength training. Though you did consume more calories that you should at lunch, at least you'll be using that energy and burn calories. For next time you should pre-package your lunch so you know that will be all you can have. It takes the brain about 20 minutes to recognize that you are full so you should eat slow or if you're craving more, have cold water (negative cals since your body uses energy to make it body temp) and wait a bit then ask yourself is your still truly hungry. It takes will-power, but you can do it!



go lite on dinner, fatfree yogurt or glass of milk.
