I'm a Teen who wants to loose weight, but I don't know where to start?!

Question: I'm a Teen who wants to loose weight, but I don't know where to start?
I'm a 15 year old girl, weight like 129 lbs around and I HATE the way I look. I have a big chest [which sucks when you're trying to play sports] and big thighs and I just want to get rid of it all! I want to be skinny and healthy.. thats like my dream.

Where do I start? Sometimes I go mess around on my treadmill like this morning for about 30 min., but then after I go eat and feel guilty like i'm gaining all of the burned fat back. How much should I be on the treadmill? Any tips? Thanks.

Heya! So, treadmilling for about 30 minutes sounds great! I have an elliptical and I do 25 on it then go walk my dog, then come back and do 10 more on it. As for food, go with your mom to the store!
For snacks I like:
A. Nabisco 100 cal packs. In these you get-oreo's, oreo cakesters, chip ahoys, double chocolate chip fudge drizzled cookies, chocolate covered pretzels, fudge shortcake, or honey maid swirls all in a portion controlled package for only 100 calories! They taste amazing! (my favorite are the cakesters, chocolate covered pretzels, and the fudge drizzled cookies)
B. Fruit and greek yogurt
C. Sweet Tarts or Nerds (They are really low in calories)
D. Quaker Rice cakes-lot's of different flavors (high in calories but they have a lot of protein and fiber
E. Thin Mints (I only have four a day because in four there are 120 calories)
F. When I have a chocolate craving I have dark chocolate because that's actually okay to have in moderation
G. Skinny Cow Cookies N' Cream Ice Cream Truffle Bars (100 calories)
H. Luna bars (Haven't had a flavor I didn't like yet! 180 calories, but VERY high in protein)
Here's the thing, you have to look at calories and the serving sizes! But also look for the amount of protein, fiber, and carbs that something has. Shoot for something 200 calories or lower, and high in protein as a snack and stay away from empty calories! I know sweets taste great, but there are so many other things you can have instead that taste just like them and are way healthier! Do some research on line to! GOODLUCK!!!! =)

How tall are you?

Ok your bmi is 21, anything less then 19 is underweight, between 20-25 is healthy weight, 26-30 is overweight, 31+ is obese...So you are in the healthy weight range, you don't need to lose any weight...

As for stretch marks, pretty much all teenagers get stretch marks, even very, very underweight skinny teenagers get stretch marks..My brother is so underweight yet he still got stretch marks..You are fine, dont worry about your weight, it is fine..If you want to tone up you could do that it would make you feel better about yourself, but trust me, you don't need to lose any weight.

I've had a lot of experiences with crash diet program, pills, and fitness programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is focused on long term weight control is the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.
Best wishes
