Question: Am I Overweight or Obese? (More details.......)?
- I have a lot of muscle and I have a big frame.
- I dance everyday of the week except for Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- I'm 5'5" and last time I weighed myself I was around 155 lbs. (I know the BMI calculator says I'm "overweight" but the BMI calculator doesn't put muscle mass in account.)
- I don't like the whole stick-person thing.
- I have a very low metabolism.

Hmm, just looked at the photos. You do seem a bit more stout but not your prototypical flabby 155 lbs at your height. You are correct in that BMI doesn't take into account muscle, so it's not always the best indicator of body size/frame.

Personally, I think you could lose a few and look much better but honestly if you have a clean bill of health from your doctor (blood pressure, cholesterol etc), then I wouldn't fret too much.



I'm going to be honest with you, at first glance you do look overweight, not hugely overweight, but yes you do look overweight.



Maybe by a tiny bit but I would say no. But you shouldn't worry as long as your healthy ^_^



I think ur bigger boned but maybe ur just a little overweight. Nothing that crunches cant fix! Do a couple crunches a day and u will b perfectly fine :-)
