Question: How to lose 5 pounds? 11 points for best answer?
I want to lose weight but not a whole lot cause I'm kind of young and it's not good for someone young to lose a lot of weight. So I just want to lose 5 pounds. But I don't know exactly what exercises ar affective. What are some effective exercises that are good for losing weight? And if possible do you know any fat burning foods? sorry for a lot of reading. Thanks:)

Depends on your age I do a lot of running on the treadmill, cardio weight lifting, and the bike thingy, I've lost about 20 pounds in 2 months of going to the gym and eating healthier and its healthy to loose weight if you are gaining in muscle in place of it that's my trade off for it

Just run, if you have a bike regularly ride that for 30 min. - an hour a day.
Don't do sit-ups. They don't help.
They just build muscle behind the fat.

decreasing calorie intake will really help with weightloss. any cardio burn calories and fat, such as running, swimming, dancing.. things that get your heart racing and make you sweat. don't use weights because that will only build muscle and not help to lose fat
