I want to get in shape for summer!?!


Question: I want to get in shape for summer!?
What can I do to tone my butt, upper thighs, and stomach. Really everything cause I want to be skinny for summer I weigh 195 right now and I want to be at least 150 by summer. Iv already started working out at the gym everyday for about an hour. Now I need a full workout plan that I can do at the gym, a list of snak foods ( Im already eating healthy meals I just get hungry) and vitamins that will make me fit and healthy for summer.

Get on a healthy diet of vegetables fruit and salad, go for long runs that really push you and if it can fit into your schedule maybe go to the gym for more then 1 hour, cycle, hell even jumping on a trampoline will get you in shape, go on youtube and look for work out videos such as this series ( http://www.youtube.com/user/DavidsFitness?feature=chclk#p/u/9/c2gRsC7H7NM) they all work, if you do them and stick to it you will be slim in no time
