Muscle building advice? ?!


Question: Muscle building advice? ?
I hope you can help me, I would like to knw if I go to the gym on a monday and exercise my back, chest and arms, them do the same wednesday then exactly the same friday then wait again till monday and start again doing the same is it benifical for me? Like will my muscle grow or because there will b only 48 hours between sessions will the ripped muscles tissue of grown back, because I know I will get no were not givin time for the muscle fibre to grown back

48 hours is fine- just the right amount of time. You should probably add some cardio and work on your legs and stomach.
