Jumping Rope Workout?!


Question: Jumping Rope Workout?
I am 15, 5'8 and 190 pounds, currently I have read that jumping rope is an excellent form of cardio, I was wondering would jumping rope for 50 jumps, resting a minute-2 minutes and repeating for about a half hour get me any results? thanks =D

Jump rope is a highly effective cardio workout; apparently, 5 minutes of jump rope is the equivalent of 20 minutes of running. You will see results, but you need to have more variety in your workout.



Jump rope for 3 minutes stop for 30 sec
Jump rope as fast as possible for 60 sec
rest 20 sec
jump rope for 60 as fast as possible 1 minute
rest 20 sec
jump rope for 15 to 20 min
you will burn calaries and u will sweat alot



It will help build stamina.
