My daughter is 4 and weighs 92 lbs. Is this overweight?!

Question: My daughter is 4 and weighs 92 lbs. Is this overweight?
Everyone always says how fat my daughter is, but I think she is at a healthy weight, she's very active and she eats from the good food groups.
She loves to drink milk and I give her lots of good dairy - like Ice cream and cheese and crackers.
I don't think my daughter is fat, I think she is just wide hipped , and she is muscular for her age.
What do you think?

Um, yes?
Weighing 92 pounds at age 4 is really not healthy. She needs a drastic diet change, if this is even a legitimate question.

"For instance today for breakfast I made her pancakes with whipped cream (healthy dairy) syrup and a sliced candy apple."
Pancakes are quite fattening, as is whipped cream (duh.) Syrup is just liquid sugar, also unhealthy. Candy apple? Why not a normal apple?!

"For snacks she had 10 pringles, healthy lowfat popcorn with salt&butter, and a pack of M&Ms (dark chocolate full of antioxidants)"
However you put it, it's still candy and junk food...

"And we just ate dinner we had hot dogs and corn bread with gravy,"
Quite obviously, hot dogs are unhealthy. They contain a lot of fat and sodium, not to mention (usually) preservatives.

Also, I do not see any mention of anything natural/unprocessed, for example, hmm... fruits and vegetables.

I consider myself pretty healthy. This is what I eat in a typical day:
Breakfast: A fried egg (okay, admittedly fried is not as healthy as boiled), a slice of whole wheat toast, peanut butter. A glass of milk (dairy, yes.)
Lunch: Bagel with cheese, and some vegetables, like broccoli and tomatoes, except tomatoes are technically fruits. A glass of lemonade (a little too much sugar. Oh well.)
Snack: Graham crackers, an apple and an orange.
Dinner: Rice, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, celery, potatoes, fish, beef, shrimp. All stir-fried, except the rice, which was boiled.
I also go up and down about 30-40 flights of stairs a day, as well as walking several blocks...

She is probably overweight. I didn't weigh 92 pounds until I was 12 years old.

And that diet you fed her today is not healthy at all. I hope you are just trolling, because if not, this is just sad.

Urm she's 4 years old? That seems pretty overweight But I guess there are exceptions. As long as she's healthy dont listen to others. ;) People can be so rude & now magazines give us the impression that beauty is being skinny.

lol what are you feeding her haha this sounds like a huge joke!!!

Anyways my almost 7 yearold son weighs 50lbs!!!! your 4 yearold daughter should not weigh almsot 100lbs thats so cruel to be feeding your child those things... wowwwwww

A four year old shouldn't weigh half that. She's obese.

honey that is fat!! you need to stop giving her snacks 4 a while and take her outside 2 get some exercise
