My BMI is perfect but I have a large waist!?!
Question: My BMI is perfect but I have a large waist!?
I want to lose 4 inches, and am willing to lose up to 15 lbs but more than that, I believe, would be unhealthy...how do I achieve this!? Also, I don't have time to exercise (college student with a part time job, lots of homework)...I can diet only.

That's probably just how your bone structure is , 120 pounds is a good weight at 5'5 (probably the low end of the bmi ) i don't think you need to lose weight . You can probably lose a little extra tummy fat though if you tone up (but you say you have no time)
Ask me something ! (:

Weight Control and Fitness are ongoing things. I'm probably a lot older than you and in my experiences with a multitude of crash diets and fitness programs. I have discovered that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. A program that focuses on inventory (weight) control using calorie input minus calorie output equals weight gain or loss is the best and most realistic approach. The only web site I've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
Best wishes
Poeple with big bones tends to have broader shoulders men like and big hips also meaning you are ready to conceive.
The easiest way to lose weight that ive found is this diet system... I highly recommend it.
