Should I be doing Ab exercises with cardio or strength training?!


Question: Should I be doing Ab exercises with cardio or strength training?
Should I be doing my Ab exercises with my cardio or when I'm doing my strength training. I do cardio on different days then strength training. So which days should I do my abs on? Are they just like other muscles, requiring protein to develop and such?

You should be doing your abbs everyday when u are strength training too and treat ur abb muscles like all ur muscles they requir protein to build ans repair muscles
