I'm 5'10, 13 year old female. And weigh 166. I'm not trying to loose a lot of weight just a little bit to feel better and healthier. And I have been excersizing and eating healthy for 2 months and have lost 6 pounds(:

The only people I've found that understand this type of problem is old crow ink. You might want to them and see if one of the old crow ink solutions works for you. No single crash program works for everybody, all the time. Quickie diets, pills, weight-lifting programs might work once but not for the long term. Try something that works long term.
