I really HATE my legs!!?!


Question: I really HATE my legs!!?
They are thick, fat and weirdly shaped. The knees go in too much, if you know what I mean. I really, really hate this and I'm always aware of the fact that my legs look horrible!
I've started running but I feel like that it won't actually shape my legs and make them nice-looking. Or will it? I'd really appreciate if you could give me some nice tips on how to get your legs in SHAPE. And I don't want to mainly focus on losing leg fat, but I really just want them to get a nice shape...

You might be asking to change the way you were factory made and that is impossible. Just like women with wide shoulders, there is nothing they can do about it, or long/short legs, you cant add or cut them.

Seems your problem is the way you are built; as for your knees going in too much, that should have been corrected when you were a child, not now because those bones are formed and hard already. Even if you lose all the weight, the thickness will only diminish some.

You need to accept yourself as you are without expecting miracles or a complete leg make over. Exercise to keep them toned, stay on the slim side and avoid shorts and skirts above the calfs. Make the best of how you were created. No one is perfect, some have ugly toes, crater faces, rabbit teeth and wait right under their boobs. Count your blessings and focus on the other parts of your body which I am sure you have not thought about, work on those to bring them out and no one will then notice your legs.

Well the reason that youre knees go in is because of the fat no offense so what to do is lose the weight and they might shape up but what you want to do is run or biking it will!!! ENJOY hope this helps:)



Chop them off, pull out the fat, and then sew them back on.
