Question: How to tone my stomach? (17 year old)?
I'm 5' 3", 115-118 lbs, very slender, and i've always had a problem with a bit of jiggly fat on my lower stomach. I'm very self conscious about it, and i'd like to do something about it before summer, so i can feel confidant in a bikini.

I don't like sports or being outside much at all. I also don't exercise except I occasionally play Dance Dance Revolution on Heavy mode.

As for my diet, I don't drink carbonated drinks anymore, but I do eat fast food 2-3 times a week. I've been trying to drink more water and fruits also.

Any advice on how to tone up my flabby stomach?

Exercise, and don't eat fast food.

A few years ago I didn't exercise at all. I ate fast food only about once a month, but I was still pudgy. Even if you dislike sports, you can still find ways to exercise. Dance Dance Revolution sounds good.



If you have to eat fast food,try healthier options if they have.
I do HIIT (High Intense Interval Training),as the name says already,it's short and super intense!
I love it,I've been doing it for about 4 months now and my stomach it's tighter as has never been before (yet).

I'm 15 years old , 5'3'' too and 108 lbs (lost about 20 lbs of fat)



um... cut down on the fast food! and do 200 crunches each night before bed and first thing when you wake up. you may wanna start out with 50 though. dance bunches more. hope this helped.... and try to eat healthier!

I'm 3 years younger than you and I have a daily exercise routine since early February. lol

I do 6 minutes of running on threadmill (1.5 lap)
and 80 sit ups.

Now, that's only the half important part! The other half is important. That is the food you eat.
3 meals DAILY. No cutting out any. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Eat every meal proportionately, by that I mean 1 main section and 2 even section of diff. food. LIKE A PLATE.

if start doing that daily you should loose a few pounds, and maybe tone up your waist.
