which is a better healthy dinner?!


Question: Which is a better healthy dinner?
ok im trying to lose 5 lbs. ive been doing really good lately. no soda no sugary drinks , no sugar at all. just yogurt boiled eggs lots of salad and chicken.

but tonight we kind of have a special dinner here at my house. i can have

HALF of a SLICE of pizza (whole grain bread with brocoli BUT it has lots of cheese ) plus a salad

or

chicken, little bit of rice, little bit of mashed potatoes and salad.

which one?
i havent had rice in a long time so i was thinking maybe i should eat some cuase it has its good neutrients but its also 9 pm. helo!!p

The second meal sounds healthier. But what kind of chicken is it? Fried chicken or Baked chicken? Eating at night won't make you gain weight. That's a myth. It's what you do after you eat. Eating then going to take a nap makes you gain weight. Honestly i would just eat a salad because it's night time and you won't be doing a lot of activities. That's my opinion.



The only web site I've found that seems to understand this type of problem is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you. There is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. Crash diets, pills, over-the-top exercise programs might work once but not for the long term. Try something that's a lifetime plan.

I think the second choice is better because cheese isn't your friend at night time :)
