Question: What's the best way to flatten and tone your stomach?
I'm 20, 5'2 and 115-119 pounds. I work out at least 4 times a week, am fairly active, and try to eat well. I'm not fat but I want to tone my stomach better before summer - what's the best way to do this/how long does it take to see results?

Use a dough roller to flatten, then use an orange marker to put a perfect tone on!!!
this may sound dumb and easy and hard but crunchs are the best thing for your abs
best combo:
10 crunches
run (to the end of a basketball court)
repeat
do crunches and cardio that involves your abs
