I need help losing weight and fast. I'm so sick of this. i need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds. any help??
Answers:
Start by drinking ONLY water
Also start eating every 2-3 hours.
Try to stay away from fast food and processed foods.
Eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole wheat grains, and protien.
Try to stay away from junk food, but remember to get healthy fats (peanutbutter)
Start doing 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week.. Running, hula hooping, jump roping..
just be healthy and when you feel the urge to eat junk food, make sure its a small portion!
