-plank
-reverse plank
-100's (Pilates)
-Superman/swimmer
-(idk name, but...) hold a dumbbell at 1 side, stand straight, drop arm to knee or further with other hand on hip, don't move your hips. just use your obliques to bring your abdomen back up to standing. switch sides!
im EXACTLY the same and im getting a c in PE right now because i cant run!but actually 90 is the average weight for 13-14 year old.I eat junk food alot too and i have your same worries but ive found out that sit ups and squats flatten you stomach and if you do them often enough you can get abs! now all we both need is the motivation to actually do it.

By the look of your pretty face in the pic you are not fat ...do situps if you must 500 a night ...drink only water..don't worry about your weight or you might turn Into one of those Nicky Hiltons or annorexic for short...you look Very good

oh my god....you are 80 ish or 90 ish???? anyway, if you wanna feel better . yoiu said it yourself...eat garbage and get garbage results...well some of those words are me...meaning u said u dont eat healthy, well if you dont eat healthy then in return. you wont be healthy....understand, theres a better alternative. eat organic of everything that you eat now...and i guarantee you will see results. or switch to more extreme(quicker results). (which is a well more deserved healthy path).Raw diet. Yup! raw foods *****(fruits and veggies) lol as much as you can at least. And lift weights more muscle, quicker the fat burning. cardio if u want but dont kill yourself. it can be unhealthy. But i gotta say nutrition is about 90 to 95 % of it. And gather your own spring water.You will lose weight with that too. I mean not bottled water. thats garbage. But go to springs or at least wells and gather it there. The tase of natural spring water is out of this world...i travel all over for it. its fun and will make u smarter. cleaning out your pineal gland...Anyway, do these things sweet heart, And i guarantee you will not only lose wight. But you will feel better and look better and think better. More intellectual
experience...oh yeah go to findaspring.com database of springs in your nearby area...highly recommend that and drink in glass, cause you dont want a plastic tea with your water...like i said i ve tried it all and been there n done that....:)) good luck with your diet and your not fat anyway u skinny **** lol
