Question: Can i lose enough weight before bikini season!?
Okay so im really insecure about my body.. im 5 4' and i currently weigh about 135.. id like to be 103 before may 30th, is this possible? i have been working out with an excersize ball 2x a day, doing 200 situps a day + burning 1000 calories on the elyptical.. ive been drinking about 7 glasses of water a day and i have been eating pretty healthy, just fruits, vegetables, olive oil, whole wheat bread, eggs, tofu, and i have about 2 special k bars a day 90 calories each and 20 calories from fat.. ive lost 7 pounds so far but i was wondering if their was anything i can do to make the weight loss speed up.

That is 10lbs a month. Which is like 2lbs a week.
If I were you, I wouldn't rush it. You have time! Your body needs to adjust to the weight that you lose every week and if you do it too quickly, it won't be good and you will find it extremely difficult to not eat junk food. :) Losing the first 20lbs is simple, When the last 10lbs are to be lost, it gets difficult. Just don't ever give up and just keep up with this diet and exercise. if it becomes a habit, you will feel wonderful and look even better :).

No, your diet plan is actually very good, If you stick with it you will see continued weight loss, but try to curb a few more calories whereever you can, every little bit will help. Other then that, Id say youve got a darn good chance of reaching your goal. But remember, the last few pounds are the hardest to lose, your weight loss will begin to slow down the more weight/fat you lose. Good Luck :)



The only people I've found that understand this type of problem is old crow ink. You might want to them and see if one of the old crow ink solutions works for you. No single crash program works for everybody, all the time. Quickie diets, pills, weight-lifting programs might work once but not for the long term. Try something that works long term.

Your weight is perfect. It's a better weight than your goal. If you really want to lose weight lose no more than 20 lbs, but you don't need to lose weight to look great in a bikini.
