Question: How to lose weight, over a period of time?
Okay, So I am so excited for the summer. And for my birthday I got my belly button pierced and I am soo ready to show it off. I'm getting this really cute lace bikini:) The only problem isss! I don't think I look that good haha. So like I'm not trying to rush through and lose a bunch of weight in a couple of days, but I want to lose some of my belly and love handles! D: And I know you can't target spots to workout but I really need some kind of exercises that would make my thighs thinner. I have HyperDrive and ZetaSlim diet pills and the HCG drops. So really what I need is like some really healthy foods that maybe could boost my metabolism, and/or some amazing exercises that I could do a couple sets of a day and get some good results before likee May? Thanks!

All the "diet pills" you are taking are a waste of your time and money.
And taking a bunch of them together like that can cause irreversible damage.
Even cardiac arrest.
So stop it.
Funny you should mention the piercing.
Many of our aches and pains and health problems are related to inflammation, including weight gain.
I am working on a program right now researching the possible connection between weight gain and tattoos and piercings since they both cause inflammation.
The HCG drops have been banned.
The Zetaslim is a joke. Just vitamin B6.
The Hyperdrive is an unproven thermogenic. You get the same metabolic boost from black pepper or cinnamon.
