Question: How do you gain weight?
I'm 18, I'm 5'11, and I weigh 140 pounds. I want to gain about 15 pounds in muscle though. How would you do that?

Weight lifting and protein shakes.



eat healthy and work out. try to run everyday and do weight lifting.
