the best workouts for your thighs are squats, leg presses, hamstring curls, calf raises..
do 4 sets per exercise.. 6-8 reps..

Leg lifts are really good for your thighs. (Lay on your side and lift one leg up multiple times, then switch. Also, point your toes for part of the exercise and then pull your foot back for the other part.)
You can also do squats or go running. Anything where you are working your upper leg muscles will work.
