Mm this is a good way to jumpstart your weight loss, but it's kind of exhausting to use up 10 hours of your life each week exercising and after a while it will take a toll on you, so probably cut back the second week to just doing 8 hours, and the third week 6 hours, and then the fourth 4 hours (which is a good amount to work out)...and keep up doing 4 hours each after that will definitely keep weight off.
However if you do not have that much weight to lose, then just doing 4 hours a week will help you lose the last few pounds and keep it off. 10 hours would only be needed for someone who needed to lose a lot of weight, or someone who eats whatever and as much as much they possibly want.

If you combine the above mentioned with a healthy diet (lessening how much you eat slightly as you lessen your exercise), the results will be awesome! :D

Hope this helped !

It depends on the intensity of your cardio. If you feel like your chest is bursting at the end of each session, then that's too much. If you feel like a walk in the park, then it's too little.

I'd recommend an hour a day of hard cardio, three days a week with a day's rest in between. Remember, you'd want to be doing this for a long time, and two hours a day for the rest of your life might demotivate you in the long run. A little workout goes a long way in weight management.

To lose weight and keep it off, i'd say you need to do some weight training, that is, training with weights. As in building muscles. It will increase your basal metabolic rate (that is, the amount of energy you use when you're resting) and help keep off the pounds. If you're a girl, don't worry about bulking up. Unless you're on testosterone or steroids, you won't look like Arnold.

Hope this helps!

Well yes... but are you just starting this?

I do 2.5 hours, 5-6 days a week... but it took me years to get to this point. And about 6 months of just adding time, making it painful training, to get up to there as well. Also, once you start... that's it. You can't stop. Are you REALLY ready to make that kind of commitment?

i think its too much.. and eventually your going to drain yourself out.. and burn muscle tissue..
and u need to balance it out with weight training and cardio exercise

u dont need more then 60 mins of cardio daily...
u should spend the other 40-60 mins weight training

take one day a week off..

too much cardio is bad. it can increase the cortisol in the body, thus breaking down muscle tissue. Even when doing cardio, muscles need time to recover too.

not too much. Just pay attention to your body, if you hurt, or tired, then stop. But if you feel fine, keep on. If your diet is healthy, then you should lose weight if the cardio is of moderate to high intensity.
