Question: What are some really good stretches i can do to become more flexible and help me with splits?

straddle, feet out in... i cant really describe this. i suggest youtube and they can show you videos on the proper way to do this. or google will have pictures. and i was in this position you are in a few months ago, i stretch for 15 minutes each day and now i can do the splits! google is a powerful thing. good luck!

Legs streched out infront and try to reach past your toes. Lunges, spread your legs out and lean forward in the middle, then go from your right to left leg in the same position. After these streches, do the splits as far down as you can and hold it there for about a minute :) Hope this helped!
