Question: I have my sweet 16 in 3 months and i need to lose weight fast!?
my sweet 16 is coming up and i want to look good in my dress, also im overweight and its not healthy. i've been going to the gym and controlling what i eat, but i want to know if there is a safe and effective way to speed up the weight loss.. help?

Go outside, run a mile every other day, or at least 4 times a week. Don't forget to do as many push-ups and sit-ups (aim for 30) you can a day.



Hello , I am a personal trainer, and I have some advice for all of those who are interested in losing weight.

The process is fairly simple, you don't have to starve yourself, take medications with or without prescription, cut carbs out of your diet, or cut fat out of your diet. You can continue eating the foods that you like, and you can eat until you are full. You merely need to eat the right foods in the proper amounts, and work in an exercise program if it is physically possible.
