I have been using HCG to lose weight and so have MANY of my friends. We are all doing great! I got my drops from prohcgdiet.com The very low calorie diet is for anywhere between 21 and 42 days and then you up your calories. The HCG makes you not hungry at all because it releases your irregular fat into your body and then you urinate the fat right away. It is the greatest thing I have ever tried. If you got very sick, maybe you have other health issues, but being fat isn't good for your blood sugar either. As for eating nothing in the morning, I ate my apple for breakfast everyday and it totally satisfied me. The protocol absolutely works if you follow it. Most people who fail while under the protocol try and modify the protocol to their own wants, not needs.

Good luck in your diet searches but this diet totaly works in the "REAL" food world. It just depends what you CHOOSE to eat. You cannot continue to put junk in your body and exect to lose weight

It doesn't mess up your hormones because it doesn't do anything.
If by chance you get product that does in fact actually have HCG in it, it can increase your odds of pregnancy since that is the only approved use for the hormone - to increase fertility.
All over the counter HCG products were banned as fraudulent by the FDA three weeks ago.
The promoters (con artists) have no acceptable clinical evidence their "product" does what they claim it will.
Testing concluded that most of the products out there have little to no real HCG in them but contain a synthetic derivative of the hormone.
Anyone that lost weight did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned.
The HCG acted as the placebo to help them lose the weight.
The only approved use for HCG is to increase fertility in both men and women.
The FDA will most likely allow the sell down of product and then put in a full blown ban with fines for failure to comply.
Look for the lawsuits to start against doctors for giving the shot form for anything other than fertility.
Next year will mark 60 years since this fraudulent science was started.
I don't understand people buying the bad science that a hormone produced by pregnant women would cause weight loss.
All you ever hear about is women trying to lose the weight they put on why they were pregnant.
You will put all the weight back on as soon as you stop the calorie deficit. The HCG is irrelevant.
Make the right choice.

No 'diets' work except a well balanced one adjusted to your personal needs and wants,
otherwise you are likely to give up and go back to your old eating habits.
But I'm a hypocrite because I am only eating chicken, eggs, turkey, fish, cottage cheese and low fat yogurt for 5 days and you can expect to lose between 7 to 10 pounds in 5 days... then to prevent the weight coming back on you slowly introduce a wider range of foods into your diet. This isn't a bad diet because it tricks your metabolism and it requires exercise too so it's not really cheating.

Hope this helped.

2 of my friends did it,they lost the weight and have kept it off.I am ordering mine Monday!
