trying to lose weight?!


Question: Trying to lose weight?
Im 14 and im moderately overweight. 2 days ago I started going to the gym, ive been doing 40 minutes at a fast walking pace (5.9) on the treadmill. and 20 minutes on the cross trainer. And ive been eating relatively healthily. How long do you think it will take me to lose all unnecessary fat. And also how long until I start to get a noticeable change in my body

Hmm.. I had the exact problem... I am the same age.. :P I was overweight and people used to laugh at me.. Losing weight takes a lot of time and patience..You should eat 2-3 eggs everyday so tat u hav the energy , strength to workout..And dont over - eat.. eat till u get the feeling of err feeling full :P.. It will take time..but trust me.. You will feel good later ;)



It really depends on a lot of factors, how much weight you need to lose, your height, sex, age, and metabolism. Normally weight can become noticeable at 5-10 pounds, so if you keep at a good pace and consistently lose weight then I would guess like 2-4 weeks.
