How to tone, not get muscley?!


Question: How to tone, not get muscley?
Just got a gym membership. I want to make my legs thin and toned, as well as my arms. Not muscular. How do I go about doing this? What workouts to do and how to do them?

A common misunderstanding with working out is the fear of working out and getting bulky. I am guessing you are a female, and a few years ago I had the same fear of getting bulky, but to get really muscular (Like I am sure you don't want to get) it takes more then just working out at high weights. You want to get toned, and to get toned you need to form muscle. What I would recommend is doing 3 sets of weights for each type of exercise you want to do. The first set do 10 reps, and make it at a higher weight, then for the 2nd set do 15 reps at a smaller weight, then the 3rd set do 20 reps at an even smaller weight. This will help you form muscle and forming muscle is the only way to get toned. You won't get bulky unless your goal is to get bulky, females just don't have the genetic capability to get bulky unless that is there goal and they do workouts and take supplements that will aid them in getting bulky



Ya gotta take your right thumb,wet it (i don't care how) then blow on it three times. Now bear with me cause this is where it may get a little difficult. Drop your pants (underwear to) Place your right hand behind you, spread your butt cheeks open a little and ya gotta jamm it on in your butt-hole!



Slow repititions with high weights creates bulk. Quick repetitions with light weights creates lean muscle.
