How long should i take for me to get the body I want?!
Question: How long should i take for me to get the body I want?
So, I am a 17 year old female and I have been working out a lot, I workout about 1.5 hours a day (weight lifting and 20-30 minutes of cardio) and I haven't lost much weight but I have gotten more toned (which is my main goal, to get a 6 pack) I have been doing this for the last 1.5-2 months, and before i started my stomach didn't have any sort of ab line, my arms weren't toned, and my thighs where very thick. Now, My stomach has a middle ab line indention, and a "v" is forming at my pants line, my arms are dramatically more toned, but still not great, and my legs are more toned, but still have a lot of work. I know it is hard to tell, but if I keep at the rate I am going, about how much longer until I should have a 6-pack?

a few months just keep it up...stay consistent..take progress pics of yourself..to stay motivated
