Question: Im 16. Want to lose 2kgs. How long will it take me to be 55kgs based on the info?
Im 16 and a half. Im eating oats and berries for breakfast, a small quantity of veggies cut up for lunch. For dinner i have either meat/fish/other plus vegies.I weigh 57kgs and im 166cms tall. I am trying to get down to 55kgs. I drink lots of water, i only snack on fruit, only eat healthy and excersise moderate.

1. How long do you think it will take me to lose the 2 kgs based on my daily routine?
2. Im already skinny, i just want to be 55kgs to get rid of the fat between my thighs and my bum. Do you think 55kgs is too skinny for a 166cms girl or do think i could even be 53kgs?

You can easily lose 2kgs. It will take you a week or two, depending on how well you stick to your routine.
However, losing those 2kgs will not make a huge difference on your thighs. To make your thighs slimmer, you need to exercise more. Just exercise for 3-5 days a week. It doesn't have to be daily. And go for things like yoga, lifting weights, cardio (I recommend running or an elliptical trainer). You can exercise for around 30 minutes to an hour. May not seem like a lot, but it will give you results. It's best to exercise in the morning. You will be losing 3x more fat because you still haven't eaten anything. You can eat right after you exercise and you will keep burning fat throughout the whole day.

Also, I would suggest you eat a bit more for your lunch. Veggies alone will not satisfy you. Go for something w/ protein such as a tuna salad, salmon etc. You can also have a sandwich. I usually have a sandwich for lunch and it really satisfies me (Turkey+Cheese+Vegetables)..

You can award yourself by giving you a cheat day once a week. Trust me, it will NOT effect you! It will just motivate you to stay on track and it really helps. Just make sure you don't go overboard! Good luck (:



if you're 166cm 55 kg is underweight for you.

a normal weight would be around 60 kg... or anything between 56-63 depending on your build so don't kill yourself. also, you're 16 and your body is changing so don't deprive it of nutrients.

1) its possible for you to lose 2 extra kilograms, but it may risk you to be in the borderline of underweight and healthy. You need bodyfat, and as a growing teenage girl, you will need all taht body fat when you are still developing not until your puberty ends. You're perfectly healthy. Just keep exercising and if you want a good work out with your bottom, thighs & stomach areas definitely try yoga, aerobics, gymnastics or any other sports that focuses on those 3 main body parts. If you want to exercise your whole body then there's martial arts, cadrio exercises and swimming.
