Question: What is a good weight loss plan? 5'6 about 14Olbs.?
So, I know I'm only 14 and my Wii Fit (Yes, sad I rely on it, I know) Says I'm healthy weight, but my stomach is sort of taking on that bulge some girls have and my thighs are sorta big. How can I drop a few pounds in time for my birthday in March? I'm planning on getting a monroe and belly piercing and I want my stomach to be nice and flat for it. :D
Remember, I want to be healthy but also list a few fast ones.

I need plans, how much calories should I have a day?
What workout methods should I use?
what's good foods I should have daily?

Hello

Someone of your weight should eat 2,280 calories a day. Your meals should be 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat... this is tough but will shred the fat of you and tone you.

Such foods are for example ... egg white omelets .. protein shakes.... chicken and other lean meats ooo and fish.. If vegetarian... I would eat lots of beans, eggs and low fat yogurts and cheeses as well as a protein shake! Eat 5 -6 times a day..... but small portions nothing massive.

Now for the work out you need something intense as you have about 1 month.. Lots of girls in my gym make the mistake that running is the only way to do cardio etc... they r wrong... its the worst form to get an amazing physique as you lose muscle tone aswell. What you need to do is burst of high intensity training with a mix of resistance in between.

I assume you'll be working out at home... you can get alot of dvd's that can help you but if not... u need to come up with your own routine.

i.e.

Warmup circuit...

Jog - jumping jacks- heismans- 123 heismans - high knees etc.... (do this warm up for 8 ish minutes till you are sweating then stretch out.

After this id do some sports drills and plyo (if you need more info email me or something i can give you detail :P) for about 20 minutes with minimum rest... this will build leg tone and burn fat of you as well as help u develop a core ... and arm strength due to lots of plank position exercises.
