Is the Warrior Diet an effective diet?!


Question: Is the Warrior Diet an effective diet?
Looks kind of sketchy, but I'm no diet pro. Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

It is AMAZING. It's one of those 'diets' that either really sticks with you or don't.You'll either feel like you've found 'the one'(like me) or you'll hate it.
I've been overweight all my life and thinking back to when i had my weight under control for some months, it was the warrior diet i did(i was in high school, didn't even know it existed). I got off it because my family thought it was 'weird' and stuff.
Been back since jan 1st and i'm down 25lbs already(from 215). It's a breeze. I don't feel like i'm starving at all. After the first few days, your 'hunger' vanishes. I don't nibble though out the day, just lots of water. I find if i munch on anything, even raw vegetables my appetite is triggered.

I go all day and eat at anytime after 6pm( i try to keep to 6pm if i'm going to bed early). It forces you to eat healthier because you don't get so many chances to stuff yourself. You can set one day aside to eat your 'junk' but the reat of the time just keep your meals really clean and whole foods, not low carb or anything, just moderately balanced. I do about 40% protein and the rest mixed(protein totally blunts my appetite and i tend to overeat carbs without it).

My energy during the day is off the charts. I hadn't planned on starting exercising till march but just last week, i found myself in the gym playing around. Just give it a try. What have you got to lose except weight? Pick your time of eating, play around with the protein-carb ratios and see which gives you better energy and less hunger the day following. GOOD LUCK!
