Question: I am struggling with my weight right now i just gained 3 pounds and am up to 112 and am 5'6 what are some of?
I just gained 3 pounds and am up to 112 and am 5'6 what are some of the best weight loss books/ healthy diet books that give you ideas about good foods and what they do for you. I want to loose about 15 pounds by april. PLEASE HELP ME with good weight loss tips and tricks. I am 19 by the way

Try to include more resistance traning in your workouts. Why? Reason is simple, muscle is a great fat burner even at your resting metabolic rate means that you will burn more calories . Cardio only burns while you do it and once you stop runing its not really doing much for you until the next day .So if you are looking to burn fat and want to make it easier to keep it off you must include resistance. Calorie intake is important but the basic rule is burn more calories than you eat to lose fat. So since 3500 calories equals to one pound of fat if you cut 500 calories daily from you daily intake or burn 500 calories more than you eat in a day. You can lose 1 pound a week. Hope this helped.
