Question: I don't really have interest in having abs, but i would like a flat stomach. what do i do?
i'm not over-weight, and i'm not under-weight, but i would like just a flat stomach and to be more comfortable in my bathing suit! any tips? exercises or foods to eat? anything will help. thanks in advance!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.



I never understand most woman or girls. They say they want to be thin have toned legs and flat stomach, but don't want abs or bulking muscle.

You HAVE to strengthen your abs if you're already thin and have a bulging stomach. Your abs are like a corset, they keep everything in. Chances are if you're already thin and have a bulging stomach your ab muscles are weak.

"Toning" is kind of a nonsense term, because you don't actually "tone" anything. You can only lose fat and gain muscle, and lifting weights helps you do both, by burning calories and promoting muscle growth. Like I said before, you get huge by eating huge, not lifting weights; lifting just determines how much of your weight is muscle vs. fat.

I guess it's IS possible to "tone" without lifting weights or really any exercise besides cardio, but it really wouldn't be sexy.



Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. However there are basics and guidelines which for the most part are the obvious. Combining Good exercise regimen and eating habits will get you to your goal and will allow you to keep it of if done right.
