Will the time of day that I eat affect my health?!


Question: Will the time of day that I eat affect my health?
I go to school, and I don't normally eat during the day at all, until I get home at like 4pm. I started doing this as a failed attempt to lose weight, by starving myself. Needless to say, it didn't work but now I'm used to that routine, and I don't get hungry until around 4pm, even if I'm at home all day and have the opportunity to eat. Instead of eating 3 meals a day I kind of have a snack at around 4, then dinner at around 6 or 7, then I eat a bit later on in the evening as well. I reckon I still eat the right amounts, just not at the right time. Will this have any negative effect on me?
Also, I sleep at weird times, like I sometimes have a nap in the afternoon and then go to sleep late, I'm still getting the right amount of sleep, just at the wrong times... will that have any effect on me?

You should never eat and lay down. Your digestive system needs a little gravity to help it work so laying down keeps the food in you stomach and can cause the acid used to digest the food to come back up in to your mouth (acid reflux). Acid reflux can cause many health issues.



The sleep will not have an effect on you, because you are still getting the same amount.

Though, you should be eating in the morning, Because when you eat you body burns up calories.
That's why instead of starving yourself, you should eat every 2 ours(not a lot but a snack). So that then you You keep yourself from being starved, and your body keeps on burning up calories, I actually got this from a commercial called FoodLovers, You should check it out.
