Question: Can i lose this much weight?
i need to go from 159 to 127 (OR AROUND THERE) by March 15. is it possible? if not. how much CAN i lose. and how can i do it?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

The Chemical Diet

This diet may be done for two weeks only. It is guaranteed to lose you 14lbs in those two weeks. Once you have lost your required amount of weight you can stop. This is a chemical diet and each meal works off the previous meal.

* All food must be boiled, steamed, grilled or smoked.
* No added fat.
* No salad dressing.
* You may use lemon and vinegar.
* All tea and coffee must be taken black, you can have as much of this as you like.
* You are NOT allowed to eat anything between meals. This includes fruit.

Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. However there are basics and guidelines which for the most part are the obvious. yep, excerise 20- 30 mins 3 times daily. Whether in the gym or via training video/ home equiptment- give it you all and do that 5 times a week. Eat organic, in small proportions nothing too fatty or soft drinks, fruits healthy snacks and plenty water. You go down to a good 135



If you want to loose wieght, you can try to take some apples instead of dinner, this is very effective.
