Question: Is this enough food or do I need less/more?
Cereal + Melon

*Exercised (Weight Training)*

Whey Protein

Sandwich (Two wholemeal bread + 2 slices of turkey + low fat cheese) + Apple

Salmon + Salad (Tomato/cucumber/lettuce)

Should I add one wholemeal bread with my dinner or can I leave it as it is? I am 15 years old, 5'3 and 113-114 pounds :) Thanks.

nowhere near enough protein and no fats either.

I doubt that totaled more than 1000 calories.

its hard to say exactly how many calories you do need though, as everyone is different. you really need to get your diet assessed first and then work from that.

plus you don't lit your goals, ie to get stronger, leaner or stay the weight you are, all those goals will require a different strategy diet wise.



If you want to lose/stay the same weight, it it probably good. You might want to add a little more depending on how much you lift because you want to get stronger muscles. But that sounds good to me, keep it up!
