Am I dieting healthy?!

Question: Am I dieting healthy?
Others noticed that I was losing weight around the end of January. In total, I've lost 12 pounds in the months of January and February. In the morning time, I don't eat breakfast, but around lunch time I eat a full meal; Than I eat a meal around dinner time. No snacks and etc. are eaten through out the day. I drink plenty of water and walks around my neighborhood.

Answers:

You shouldn't skip breakfast.

Metabollically speaking, you need to have breakfast it is the most important meal of the day, have something high in fibre such as oatmeal or cereal (fibre 1 or kashi is great), add some fruits (i.e. berries for your aniti oxidants) and you have yourself a wonderful first meal of the day.

You can add healthy snacks along the way, fruits, a salad, almonds.

This healthy eating isn't a diet per se.. it is a lifestyle, this will result in better metabolism efficiency and keeping the weight off permanently.

no, that's not healthy, soon your body will take in its own nutrition but stealing it from other parts of your body... you should be eating 3 meals a day, they dont have to be big, you can look online for healthy foods, and make it into your meals. just because you're losing weight fast doesn't mean its a good thing, your body will soon take control over anything it wants to because you're not giving it what it needs... its like... a gold fish, it depends on you... when you're not around to feed it,, it will slowly die, from its insides starving to eating itself to dying
