Question: I'm 5"3,16 and 8 stone?
Hey guys :)
Okay,so up until recently I was 7st,but am now 8 st approx :'( I'm 16 and I'm pretty annoyed at it! I have been eating loadsa choc biscuits lately,but I only ate loads 'cause up until now I was pretty much able to eat anything and not pile on the pounds :( So,basically,how can I drop down to 7st again? I don't want to be this weight,I want to be 8st again :'( Any advice?

Cut down (or eliminate) on the dairy and red meats. If you want to get rid of the excess fat on your body, then eating low fat, low protein diet works just fine. Try it for about a month or two and watch the excess fat melt away. Exercise is always a good thing to do. Just remember it is what you like in the mirror and not what the scales show.

Try to keep the food intake ratios around this:

75 - 80% complex carbs (not simple carbs, sugars)
Complex carbohydrate (starch), complex sugars burn slow (best food). The #1 energy sources, pure energy, burns clean in body. They digest without waste products that stress our vital organs; only carbon dioxide (CO2 and water H20) which are easily disposed of by kidneys, skin and lungs and cause no disease.

10 - 15% proteins
10% fats

I convinced my mother and a sister to try the ratios above. My mother lost 18lbs in a month. My sister lost 12lbs in a month. You’ll drop down to your body’s natural weight and size over time.

Eat carbohydrates when you are hungry and don't worry about weight, it is used up for your energy needs. This includes all fruits, vegetables, grains (pasta, whole grain breads, oatmeal, rice, cream of wheat etc.).



I'm the same the only way I have found I can lose weight is either not to eat (but don't do this!) or completely stop eating chocolate, biscuits and crisps. I spent two weeks eating a balanced diet cutting out these three foods and things like chips and ice cream but eating extra fruit and veg and I already began to lose weight. At the moment I'm just over 7st but still sticking to my diet cause I want to be only just 7st. Hope this helps!



Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. That being said you might want to try supplements that have a positive nutritional impact on you body. I have been taking this supplement for a great while and let me tell you it works great. . first of all be careful of the weight losing and gaining 'cause you might just ruin your skin with stretch marks .... cellulite ... anyways you can gain weight again easily but the best way which is not very healthy is eating too much fast food out , you'll really gain weight like I did lol ( I would propose to you to exercise+ try to gain dry weight out of fat... etc)

I'd say cut down on the snacks or cut them out alltogether . I find running and swimming really easy ways to cut back the flabber with quick result. Recently i shot up to 9 stone after a break up but im back to 7.5 stone and im 5"6 so this method really worked for me.Try not to snack only eat main meals and remember what your portions were like before you put on weight
