Will i gain even more weight if I don't eat when hungry?!


Question: Will i gain even more weight if I don't eat when hungry?
My friend said that's true because your body starts to feed on your body fat, which is even more fat than the food you're consuming? But i dont know, it's not like im starving myself, i just choose not to eat when im a bit hungry, but obviously i eat good portions of the 3 meals.

well i can say its healthy but not healthy. It's proven that if your hungry and you eat that portion and YOU say your finished with that meal and that you don't want anymore, your body will beg for more and if it's your last meal your screwed because if your still hungry U WILL CRAVE UNRULY FOODS. So if ur dedicated to that, be dedicated to sneak 4 fruits or vegetables that You love after 2 or 3 hours after 1 of those hearty meals because its low in calories and if its something that you like you will for sure loose weight easily. OHHHH and when you eat.(if your the person that burps alot) I know this sounds wierd but if you eat at a steady pase and feel a burp about to come out. Thats your body telling you to stop THOUGH your brain sais that your still hungry. Your brain is a b*** when it comes to food. Lol i guess you could say its one of those moments that you go with that gut feeling ;)

OOOOOHhhhhh and get used to water because if you exercise and your sweating alot, your loosing more water weight than pounds, if your not used to drinking alot of water. so when i used to excercise(its hard now because of my asthma, so i do the one above), i would drInk a glass of water before and after 1 of my meals and it worked a charm. I dropped 3 lb. a week but after a month my asthma started getting worse and i had to stop but i still kept 10 lb off. doing the one above. BUT U HAVE TO STICK WITH IT OR ELSE IT DOESN'T WORK OUT. it took forever for this to work but i found out that watering down tea and green tea's to go packets works best for me. But i gradually got used to watered down drinks but it works wonders..

I took me 2 years to get committed to accually losing weight but it sounds like your already there so i hope it all works out.

btw im 16 and african american which means my parents are total sole food makers which makes every dish heavy in calories and my parents didn't agree on me making my own foods from dinner and it was very frustrating and hard by eating a VERY SMALL amount because of the greese and calories soooooo really count your calories in the process because thats what makes YOU LOOSE WEIGHT besides the healthy eating and exercising. SO HOPES THIS HELPS and hopfully your parents dnt cook sole food :) and if your older than you need to EMPTY YOUR PANTRIES OF ANY UNRULLY FOODS missy!



eating until you are no longer hungry (but not 'full') three times a day, should lead to healthy weight loss, if you are eating healthy foods (mostly fruits and vegetables, and much of them raw)



That will confuse your body's metabolism and you will gain weight when you do decide to eat. Don't starve yourself.
