Gaining weight and muscle?!

Question: Gaining weight and muscle?
I am doing simple workout in my flat, (I'm 20 and weigh about 12 1/2 stone) I have no weights so I'm doing tricep dips, push ups, squats, crunches, and bicep curls.

I do it 3 days then rest so on. How would I go about gaining weight with this routine? Food wise. Each workout lasts about 25 mins. I eat some leftover mince and pasta after each time.

thanks

When looking for food to gain weight, make sure you are checking the protein count.
Protein is the building block for muscle making this nutrient a vital element to the weight gain diet.
When you workout, you breakdown muscle protein and therefore you must make sure to provide your body with plenty of protein so that it can repair and rebuild your muscles.

Detoxing would be a great way to kick your wieght loss into gear, Cleaning your body from all the bad stuff will give you more energy to start and complete you workouts they way you should. Look at it as an oil change for a car, runs better with clean oil. Adios

You need to include protein in every meal, have some tuna or chicken post workout or even a protein shake if you desire.

Working out for 5 years

eat good food everyday.

eat more protein and if you so wish to you can have shakes... remember as well muscle weighs more than fat...
