Question: If you exercised with only one half of your body...?
would only one half of you have muscles? And would one side be a lot stronger than the other? Or just a bit stronger?

Well both sides would still have muscles, but yes, the excercised side would tend to be stronger. Classic example is arm wrestlers - here's a world champion: http://img.izismile.com/img/img2/2009101…
