Question: Given my weight n height and this amount of exercise, how long will it take to reach my goal (see below)?
Height: 5'4'' (163 cm)
Weight: 51kg (112.4 pounds)
Amount of exercise: Continuous jogging/ power walking for 30 minutes everyday
Goal: 48kg (103.5 pounds)

I'm not sure if it's even possible. A normal weightloss happens at about 1kilo a week, so if we just looked at it that way, it should take three weeks, if you were eating healthily and drinking a lot of water.

On the other hand, muscle weighs more than fat. That means a lot of body builders and athletes and all those gorgeous models who actually work out for their figures have really high BMIs because muscle is just heavier. They look thinner, have great, toned bodies and weigh more. That means, if you work out enough to theoretically get to your goal (which really is unhealthy, and you'd probably look like a stick), you'd gain weight and just look thinner.



Seriously, you're barely in the healthy range as is, will be underweight at 48kg, don't do it, you'll just look hungry, which really isn't appealing to anybody.



It depends how much you eat of course. If you don't tell how much you eat I can't give you an answer.
