What should you do when you exercise and you start to feel?!
Question: What should you do when you exercise and you start to feel?
some pain? well not actual pain but like the burning sensation?
I've been working out for a while but mainly on the treadmill and using some of the different weight machines. I recently started doing the elliptical in addition to the treadmill and when I go on there it hurts in my legs. I was able to do it for 10 Min's the other day but the first 5 were brutal but I went over it and it started to get easier. Is that supposed to happen?

Answers:
What you are feeling is lactic acid build up. It is not something to be overly concerned with. It is just your bodies way of saying you have worked hard enough. To help lower you lactic acid build up try doing a bit of a cold down like walking at the end of your run for a few minutes and stretching. That should help.
