Question: I'm skinny and I like everything on my body except my stomach ?
And I want to get it flat without loosin alot of weight from my thighs, butt etc I actually want to make my legs/thighs a bit bigger or toned up how can I do all this??

You probably don't have a lot of muscles, especially in your core
Do belly dancing and core workouts eg pilates to tone your waist

For your thighs, try walking uphill for long periods of time

If you eat healthier your midsection slims down first. If you make a huge difference in eating you will lose weight from your thighs, so don't. Do muscle building exercises for your thighs.
