Question: Can I lose weight by just eating fruits and vegetables?
Hi, I was wondering, would it be healthy and would it even help if I just ate fruits and vegetables for a little while?
It's just that I wanna lose some weight, but I don't eat that much anyways.
You probably think I'm crazy.
BTW, I'm a 16 y/o girl, 5'2" and I weigh 105

If you want to lose weight, you must keep it a long time, and do enough sport. You can try to take some apples instead of dinner, this is very effective. But it is not meaning to just eating fruits, you must moderate complement other nutrition to keep your health.

Going on a diet means you just eat less, it doesn't mean to just eat fruits and vegetables. But if you do so make sure it is no longer than 3-4 days. If you really want to lose weight just go do some cardiovascular workouts and jog or run. That is the best way to stay healthy and trim and besides you are 105 lbs.

You are already too skinny and if you lived on fruit and veg, you would die.

I'm not exaggerating. Living on one type of food, what ever it is will kill you or make you seriously ill. Your body would shut down eventually.



You don't need to lose weight if your 105. But if you must, exercise is crucial.
