How can I get skinnier, in 4 weeks?!


Question: How can I get skinnier, in 4 weeks?
I hate my thighs, and stomach. That's the 2 major things I'm conscious about.

My thighs are huge, and I'm pretty sure it's from cheerleading, ever since I've started, they've gotten bigger. I know, it's msucle, well some of it. But, I can't stand it! I want nice skinny legs, I know squats help, and cardio right?

My stomach is chubby, I mean it's not huge, like it doesn't stick out a LOT, but enough to be visible when I wear loose shirts. So, do crunches and situps etc help?
And, jogging? How often should I jog?

What foods should I eat, and should I avoid?
How often should I jog?
What are good exercises to get really skinny legs?
And what are good exercises to get skinny stomach?

WITHIN 4 WEEKS! If not, within 3 months! PLEASE! :D

If you are getting larger more muscular thighs from cheer-leading squats won't help but will lead to more muscle development.You would generally want to do a fair amount of aerobic activity be it running walking swimming what ever.

As for the chubby stomach the aerobic activity will help alot there as well especially if you can do it without increasing your calorie intake drastically, sit-ups and crunches will tone your abdominal muscles which is handy I would recommend crunches over sit-ups a small number 25 or so gradually increasing to 50 or more as you get toned and in shape. You may wish to also consider Yoga stretching.

Your aerobic activities should be at least 30 minutes at a time 3 to 5 times per week. Rowing is a good way to get full body tone without concentrating on any one muscle group and over developing it btw. 4 weeks or so is when you will start to notice results and 3 months would be about when you are reaching your goals. You should still keep up the increased activity after you have reached those goals however just for physical fitness and wellbeing if nothing else.



EXCERSIZE! It is down right the best thing to do. I suggest you do cardio for at least an hour six times a week, and throw in some weight lifting for toning. You should jog, uphill run, do some plyometrics so you burn the fat layer off, or else 1000 crunches won't make your abs visible. Their is fat covering the muscle, crunches will give you hard abs, but you won't see them. So cardio and eat less!

Training for 2 years



Eat fruit and veg or exercise when your busy. Its all right to have junk food once a week other wise you'll miss it and cave in and keep on eating it.
