You can get proteins from cheese, peanut butter, nuts, eggs. You need to eat a lot of protein everyday if you want to build some muscle. Other than that just lift weights and you'll have your muscle in no time. And don't be afraid to go to a gym. I started my gym membership when I was 225 lbs and they welcomed me with open arms. Nobody watches me work out either. There's nothing to worry about.
eat tons of eggs. they have lots of protein! also, weights, crunches, and push ups help tone up. i would say take anywhere between a 5-15 pound weight and do about 15 reps with each arm. it won't make you look huge and bulky, just nice and lean. for your thighs, do squats. when doing them, don't go all the way down, just until you're thighs are parallel to the ground. do about 20 at a time. good luck! :)
Cardio work outs. Watch Billy Banks online and do many of the exercises over and over until you are breathing heavy and sweating like a stuck pig. That was 1 workout day. You got 60 days to go. If you eat brown beans that is vegetable protein. Do it to music is motivational. Hard pounding 60-70 rock. Play it loud and proud and "Lets get Physical"
